We provide revenue-based financing, not bank loans
Clutch Advance Technologies LLC ('Clutch Advance') provides revenue-based financing to businesses. We are not a bank, and we do not sell rigid installment loans. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a fraction of your future revenue, and where a term loan, line of credit, or equipment financing fits better, we arrange it with a funding partner who provides that product.
How we are compensated
Clutch Advance Technologies LLC earns its return from the cost of the advance disclosed to you in writing before you sign. There are no separate fees added after the fact, and no hidden charges.
The terms you see in writing are the terms you get
Before you sign, you receive the total cost, the exact disbursement, and your full payment schedule in writing. Nothing changes after the fact, and we cannot promise that any particular business will be approved.
Required state disclosures are provided before you sign
Before you sign a funding agreement, you receive the disclosures required by applicable federal and state law, including the specific disclosures required in your state and in accordance with applicable state commercial financing disclosure requirements. Read them carefully and ask questions before you sign anything.
Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan. It is priced with a factor rate rather than an interest rate. It is not a debt obligation in the same sense as a loan, and it should not be treated as one.
Availability varies
Funding products and their availability vary by state. Not all products are available in all states, and eligibility requirements differ by product.

Consent is not a condition of approval, funding, or purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help. To stop receiving calls, tell the representative or contact us and we will add your number to our do-not-call list. Your consent runs to Clutch Advance only. Any service provider that supports our messaging, such as the platform that delivers our texts, acts on Clutch Advance's behalf and is not a separate sender or an opt-in beneficiary of your consent.
