Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, before you sign anything.

The questions we get asked most — answered plainly, with no small print and no pressure to move faster than you want to.

Is this a loan?

No. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a fraction of your future revenue, not a loan. You are not taking on a rigid installment debt with a fixed term and a fixed interest rate — you are selling a small share of what your business brings in, at a cost that is disclosed in writing before you sign.

What if my credit is bad?

We underwrite your live cash flow, not your credit report. What matters to us is that money moves through your business consistently — deposits, volume, and trend — rather than a three-digit score.

What if sales slow and I can't make the daily payment?

You have reconciliation rights. If your sales slow over a sustained period, you can request a true-up: we review the numbers with you and adjust your payment so it fits what the business is actually bringing in. You do not have to wait for us to notice — ask, and we will look at it with you.

Are you going to stack me?

No. We automatically check whether you already have advances outstanding, and we will not push you into a second or third position your cash flow cannot safely support. If an advance does not make financial sense for your business, we will be the first to tell you no.

How fast can I get money?

Connecting your bank account takes about 60 seconds, and you will typically have a decision in around 10 minutes. Once your documents are clean and verified, funds go out the same day.
